目的:研究泰山沙参中人参皂苷的提取工艺条件,测定几个不同品种沙参中人参皂苷含量。方法:设计正交实验,考察不同浓度甲醇、提取次数、提取时间和料液比对提取率的影响,应用高效液相色谱法测定人参皂苷含量。结果:采用75%甲醇,料液比1∶10,提取时间10min,提取4次,为泰山沙参中人参皂苷的最佳提取条件。泰山糙叶沙参、细叶沙参、柳叶沙参中人参皂苷含量分别为0.3094、0.1421、0.1397mg/g。结论:泰山沙参中人参皂苷含量丰富,具有较高药用价值和开发价值。
Objective: To study the extraction conditions of ginseng root in Radix Astragali and determine the content of ginsenosides in several different varieties of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods: The orthogonal experiment was designed. The effects of different concentrations of methanol, extraction times, extraction time and the ratio of solid to liquid on the extraction rate were studied. The content of ginsenosides was determined by HPLC. Results: 75% methanol, solid-liquid ratio 1:10, extraction time 10min, extracted 4 times, the optimum extraction conditions for the ginseng saponins in Taishan. Taishan rough leaf ginseng, fine leaf ginseng, ginseng ginseng ginseng saponins were 0.3094,0.1421,0.1397mg / g. Conclusion: The content of ginseng saponins in Taishan Mountain is rich, which has high medicinal value and development value.
