通过外包理论分析,充分结合大型医院后勤系统的特点分析了其外包的动因,研究了外包的决策依据和策略,提出了实践中出现的几个问题,为医院管理提供有益的思路。 Based on the analysis of outsourcing theory, the motivation of outsourcing is analyzed based on the characteristics of logistic system in large hospitals. The decision-making basis and tactics of outsourcing are studied. Several problems emerged in practice are presented, which provide useful ideas for hospital management.
