目的研究景天三七药材不同提取部位对小鼠胃粘膜的保护作用。方法用不极性溶剂提取得到不同提取部位:水提醇沉部位的低、高剂量(干膏0.32,0.96 g·kg-1),水提取部位的低、高剂量组(干膏0.61,1.83 g·kg-1),醇提部位的低、高剂量(干膏0.14,0.42 g·kg-1),石油醚提取部位的低、高剂量(干膏0.05,0.15 g·kg-1)。连续灌胃给药10 d后,经腹腔注射消炎痛,建立胃溃疡小鼠模型,肉眼观察小鼠胃部溃疡情况进行评分,并进行组织病理学检查。结果肉眼观察和病理学检查显示,水提醇沉部位的低、高剂量(干膏0.32,0.96 g·kg-1),水提部位高剂量(干膏1.83 g·kg-1)、石油醚部位高剂量(干膏0.15 g·kg-1)能明显减少小鼠胃粘膜损伤。结论景天三七水提醇沉部位对胃出血模型的治疗作用最强,石油醚部位也具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of different extracts of Sedum notoginseng and Radix Notoginseng on gastric mucosa in mice. Methods Different extraction sites were obtained using non-polar solvent extraction: low and high doses (0.32 and 0.96 g · kg-1) of water-extractable alcohol-precipitated fraction and low and high dose water extract fractions (dry extract 0.61 and 1.83 g · kg-1), low and high dose (0.14 and 0.42 g · kg-1) of alcohol extract and low and high dose (0.05 and 0.15 g · kg-1) of petroleum ether extract. After 10 days of continuous intragastric administration, indomethacin was intraperitoneally injected to establish a mouse model of gastric ulcer. The gastric ulcer in mice was visually observed for histopathological examination. Results Macroscopic examination and pathological examination showed that low and high dose of water-alcohol precipitation (dry weight 0.32, 0.96 g · kg-1), high-dose (1.83 g · kg-1 dry extract), petroleum ether High-dose site (0.15 g · kg-1 dry extract) can significantly reduce gastric mucosal injury in mice. Conclusions Sedum notoginseng extract has the strongest therapeutic effect on the model of gastric hemorrhage and the petroleum ether fraction also has a certain therapeutic effect.
