本文初步总结了冲击器测试实践。对φ200型冲击器的冲击功、冲击频率、压风消耗量和机械效率等主要性能指标进行了系统地测试和计算,并探讨了各项性能指标与管路风压之间的关系。研制了触点转换器,提出了用测量活塞冲击末速度的方法来衡量冲击功,简单易行,宜于推广。还研制了气缸压力和活塞位移转换器,测定了φ200型冲击器的动力图,揭示了压风推动活塞的运动规律,为探索合理的冲击器(或凿岩机)结构与配气参数提供了必要的依据。
This article initially summarizes the impactor testing practice. The main performance indexes such as impact energy, impact frequency, air pressure consumption and mechanical efficiency of φ200 impactor were systematically tested and calculated. The relationship between each performance index and pipeline pressure was also discussed. The contact converter was developed. The method of measuring the impact velocity of the piston at the end speed was proposed to measure the impact energy, which is easy and feasible to promote. The cylinder pressure and piston displacement converter was also developed. The dynamic diagram of the φ200 impactor was measured and the movement rule of the piston driven by the compressed air was revealed. It is necessary to explore the reasonable structure of the impactor (or rock drill) and the distribution parameters in accordance with.
