目的为进一步了解呼吸道感染病原菌学的变化。方法应用回顾性调查分析方法,对我院6年来呼吸道感染的病原菌作了统计分析。结果5380例呼吸道感染患者中,G-杆菌2552株,占47.4%,其中大肠埃希氏菌、产气杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌分别占23.4%、23.2%、14.6%;G+球菌1807株,占33.6%;微球菌404株,占7.5%。结论呼吸道感染的主要致病菌为G-杆菌,微球菌感染的比例有上升的趋势。
Objective To further understand the pathogens of respiratory tract infections. Methods Retrospective investigation and analysis methods, the hospital for 6 years of respiratory tract infection caused by pathogenic bacteria were analyzed. Results Among the 5380 cases of respiratory infections, 2552 strains of G-bacilli accounted for 47.4%, of which Escherichia coli, Aerobacter aerogenes and Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 23.4% and 23.2% respectively. 6%; 180 strains of G + cocci, accounting for 33.6%; Micrococcus 404 strains, accounting for 7.5%. Conclusion The main pathogen of respiratory tract infection is G-bacilli, and the proportion of micrococcal infection is on the rise.
