以中国动漫博物馆项目为例,用理论与现场实际相结合的方法,对两向斜交网状筒壳钢结构施工过程精度控制技术进行分析和讨论。在施工过程中,采用分步施工、实时监测、多点分级调节的方法,解决了两向斜交网壳结构的施工精度控制难题,极大地降低了施工成本,取得了较好的效果。
Take the China Animation and Animation Museum project as an example, this paper analyzes and discusses the precision control technology of two-way skewed cross-cylindrical shell steel structure construction process by the combination of theory and field practice. In the process of construction, adopting the method of step-by-step construction, real-time monitoring and multi-point grading adjustment solved the construction accuracy control problem of two-way oblique reticulated shell structure, greatly reduced the construction cost and achieved good results.
