目的探讨健康体检人群患病状况及流行特点,制定科学健康管理规划。方法对衡水市职工2012年在某院体检科行健康体检的27 809例资料进行统计分析。结果 (1)前十位疾病或异常结果顺位:高脂血症,高血压,甲状腺结节,脂肪肝,HP抗体(+),前列腺肥大、增生,高血糖,子宫肌瘤,谷丙转氨酶增高,高尿酸血症。(2)性别分布:除男女特有疾病及HP抗体(+)外,余疾病或异常结果男女患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)年龄分布:高血压、甲状腺结节、前列腺肥大增生的患病率随年龄的增大而增高;高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血糖、子宫肌瘤的患病率41~60岁最高;谷丙转氨酶增高的检出率为18~40岁最高(P<0.01)。(4)职业分布:除HP抗体(+)、子宫肌瘤、高尿酸血症外,其余疾病或异常结果的患病率或检出率在不同职业间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前十位疾病或异常结果存在明显的性别分布、年龄分布、职业分布特点,通过科学健康管理规划使疾病早预防、早发现、早诊断、早治疗。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and epidemic characteristics of health examination population and formulate scientific health management plan. Methods Statistical analysis was carried out on 27 809 cases of physical examination conducted by Hengshui employees in a hospital during 2012 in a hospital. Results (1) The top ten diseases or abnormal results: hyperlipidemia, hypertension, thyroid nodules, fatty liver, HP antibody (+), prostatic hypertrophy, hyperplasia, hyperglycemia, uterine fibroids, alanine aminotransferase Increased, hyperuricemia. (2) Gender distribution: The prevalence of disease or abnormality among men and women was statistically significant (P <0.01) except for men and women with specific disease and HP antibody (+). (3) Age distribution: The prevalence of hypertension, thyroid nodules and prostatic hypertrophy increased with age; The prevalence of hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, hyperglycemia and uterine fibroids was 41-60 years old The highest detection rate of alanine aminotransferase was 18 to 40 years old (P <0.01). (4) Occupational distribution: The prevalence or detection rate of other diseases or abnormalities except HP antibody (+), uterine fibroids and hyperuricemia were statistically significant among different occupations (P <0.05) . Conclusion There are obvious gender distribution, age distribution and occupational distribution in the top ten diseases or abnormal results. Early prevention, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of diseases can be made through scientific health management planning.
