高等职业教育承担着培养大众岗位工匠的任务,传承“工匠精神”是高职教育的必然工作。当前关于“工匠精神”内涵的探讨一直在持续,给高职院校对“工匠精神”的理解并使其落地带来了困扰。高职教育中“工匠精神”的特定内涵可以概括为“想要把事情做好的强烈欲望;为能把事情做好的持续努力;愿把事情做得更好的潜心钻研”。“工匠精神”在高职落地面临着现代化进程的时间压力、工匠本身的生存困境、高等职业教育的误区等情况带来的困境,必须进行外部环境的改造和分层培育的设计。
Higher vocational education undertakes the task of cultivating the post of artisans in the public, passing on “artisan spirit ” is an inevitable task of higher vocational education. The current discussion on the connotation of “artisan spirit ” has been continuing, giving higher vocational colleges an understanding of “artisan spirit ” and bringing them to the ground. The specific connotation of “artisan spirit ” in higher vocational education can be summed up as “strong desire to do well; continuous efforts to make things better; willing to do a better job with great concentration” . “Artisan spirit ” Faced with the time pressure of modernization, the living predicament of artisans themselves, and the misunderstanding of higher vocational education, the reform of the external environment and the design of stratification cultivation must be carried out.
