排尿性晕厥,是指在排尿过程中或排尿结束时发生的短暂意识丧损状态。本病并非少见,但国内报道很少。为了引起对本病的重视,本文报告我院见到的8例排尿性晕厥(简称晕厥),并结合文献对其病因病机进行简要的分析。资料分析一、男6例,女2例。发病年龄1s~48岁,平均发病年龄29岁,病程4小时至25年。二、临床表现(一)症状:4例为首次发生晕厥,其余4例发病均在2次以上,最多达20次,共发生42次。发病前,有1例1次曾饮酒;1例2次有上呼吸道
Urinary syncope refers to the transient loss of consciousness during urination or at the end of urination. The disease is not uncommon, but few domestic reports. In order to arouse the importance of this disease, this paper reports 8 cases of urinary syncope (referred to as syncope) seen in our hospital, combined with the literature on the etiology and pathogenesis of a brief analysis. Data analysis First, 6 males and 2 females. The age of onset of 1s ~ 48 years old, the average age of onset of 29 years old, duration of 4 hours to 25 years.
