目的:观察糖尿病视网膜病变(diabeticretinopathy,DR)患者红细胞免疫功能的变化及枸杞的治疗作用。方法:对44例糖尿病视网膜病变患者用枸杞治疗3个月,并对治疗前后患者的红细胞C3b受体花环率(redbloodcelC3breceptorrosete,RBC-C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBCimmunecomplexrosete,RBC-ICR)及其调节因子活性进行了检查,同时与空腹血糖(fastingbloodglucose,FBG)、糖基化血红蛋白(hemoglobinglycosylation,HbA1c)及血脂进行了分析。结果:糖尿病视网膜病变患者RBC-C3bRR明显降低(P<0.01),免疫粘附促进率降低,免疫粘附抑制率显著增高(P<0.01),而RBC-ICR则无明显改变(P>0.05)。RBC-C3bRR降低与免疫粘附抑制率、FBG、HbA1c、血脂呈负相关。经枸杞治疗3个月后RBC-C3bRR和RBC免疫粘附促进率升高,而RBC免疫粘附抑制率则显著下降。结论:糖尿病视网膜病变患者为原发性红细胞免疫功能低下,枸杞对提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者的红细胞免疫功能有一定效果?
Objective: To observe the changes of erythrocyte immune function in patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR) and the therapeutic effect of Chinese wolfberry. Methods: Forty-four patients with diabetic retinopathy were treated with Chinese wolfberry for 3 months. The levels of red blood cell C3b receptor RBC-C3bRR, RBC-ICRR-RBC-ICR, The activity of regulatory factors was examined. Meanwhile, fasting blood glucose (FBG), hemoglobinglycosylation (HbA1c) and serum lipids were analyzed. Results: The RBC-C3bRR was significantly lower in patients with diabetic retinopathy (P <0.01), the rate of immune adhesion was decreased, the inhibition rate of immune adhesion was significantly increased (P <0.01), while the RBC-ICR was not significantly changed P> 0.05). The decrease of RBC-C3bRR was negatively correlated with the rate of inhibition of immune adhesion, FBG, HbA1c and blood lipids. RBC-C3bRR and RBC immunoadsorption rate increased 3 months after wolfberry treatment, while RBC immune adherence inhibition rate decreased significantly. CONCLUSIONS: Diabetic retinopathy patients with primary erythrocyte immune dysfunction, medlar to improve diabetic retinopathy in patients with erythrocyte immune function have some effect?
