王某于2009年3月1号与某机械公司签订了3年的劳动合同。在职期间,王某有大量的加班情况,但该公司只支付了部分加班时间的加班费,并在工资表中列明了已经支付了加班费的加班时间。2012年2月29日,双方劳动合同终止。合同终止后,王某向该公司索要公司尚未计算的加班费,但公司拒绝支付。王某向当地劳动人事争议仲裁委员会申请仲裁。在举证中,该公司出示了工资表和由专人手工记录的考勤表,但工资表中显示的加班时间与考勤表上记录的加班时间存在部分出入。最终,仲裁委以工资表与考勤表不一
Wang on March 1, 2009 with a machinery company signed a three-year labor contract.
