The knowledge society has established the dominant position of high-quality laborers on knowledge and reflects the objective necessity of higher vocational college students’ ability of knowledge innovation with professional characteristics. The transformation of the concept of knowledge and the need of the development of knowledge-based economy have given new meaning to the creativity and effectiveness of higher vocational students’ learning. The vision of knowledge society realizes the organic unity of learning connotation of higher vocational students’ development knowledge, ability and quality.
