受复杂海洋环境因素影响,跨海长线桥梁建设面临诸多难题,承台墩身全预制的装配化施工技术更具挑战。采用钢套箱方案,配以分离式托盘柔性止水技术,实现预制承台与桩基的水下连接是一种全新工艺。研究表明,双峰GINA止水带压缩可实现钢套箱与预制承台间止水。托盘在顶升压缩GINA止水带后可实现托盘与预制墩台底面间水平止水;试验证明,0.4 MPa的胶囊压力可实现20m水深以内托盘与桩基护筒间竖向止水;两者共同间接实现预留孔与钢护筒间止水。多重止摆措施与监测技术可确保预留孔混凝土浇筑质量。
Due to the complicated marine environmental factors, many difficulties are encountered in the construction of long-span bridge across the sea. The prefabricated assembly construction technology of cap pier is more challenging. The adoption of the steel sleeve box scheme combined with the flexible water-stop technology of the separated tray can realize the underwater connection of prefabricated cap and pile foundation is a new technology. The research shows that the compression of GINA waterstop can make the water stop between steel sleeve box and prefabricated cap. After the tray is raised and compressed, the GINA water stop can realize horizontal water stop between the tray and the bottom of the prefabricated piers. The test proves that the capsule pressure of 0.4 MPa can realize the vertical water stop between the tray and the pile base under the water depth of 20m Common indirectly between the reserved hole and the steel tube between the water stop. Multiple pendulum measures and monitoring techniques ensure the quality of concrete pouring holes.
