职业素养成为企业招聘员工的首要指标,良好的综合职业素养是学生未来职业生涯发展的关键所在。然而,通过教育实践发现:职业素养的形成,离不开过硬的“听、说、读、写”等核心能力的提升。从听、说、读、写四个维度,提出中职生职业素养的培养“四环模式”——有效阅读,铸就学生职业素养的内驱力;学会倾听,形成学生职业素养的牵引力;善于表达,彰显学生职业素养的竞争力;独立写作,提升学生职业素养的持久力。
Professional accomplishment has become the primary indicator of recruitment of employees, a good comprehensive professionalism is the key to the future career development of students.
