目的:建立气相色谱(GC)法测定广西6个产地千年健药材中芳樟醇含量的方法。方法:样品以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,采用HP-5MS石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),初始温度70℃,程序升温上升到250℃,EI离子源,检测器温度300℃,载气流速1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:芳樟醇进样浓度在33~330μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈现良好线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=1.08%。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,可靠,重复性好。广西6个产地千年健药材均达到《中国药典》芳樟醇含量规定项要求。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatography (GC) method for the determination of linalool in six millet of Guangxi origin. Methods: The sample was heated at 70 ℃ with HP-5MS quartz capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm) using ethyl acetate as solvent. The temperature of the sample was raised to 250 ℃. The EI source and detector temperature were set at 300 ℃ , Carrier gas flow rate 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1). Results: The concentration of linalool in the range of 33 ~ 330μg · ml ~ (-1) showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 5) with the average recovery of 98.0% and RSD of 1.08%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible. Guangxi origin six thousand Jian medicine have reached the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” linalool content requirements.
