目的 :比较赛强 ,格拉诺赛特与惠尔血 3种重组粒细胞集落刺激因子 (rhG CSF)治疗实体瘤化疗后中性粒细胞减少的疗效。方法 :对实体瘤化疗后白细胞减少病人用rhG CSF来治疗 ,A组用国产药赛强 ,男性 47例次 ,女性 33例次 ,年龄 (41± 17)a。B组用进口药格拉诺赛特 ,男性 48例 ,女性 32例次 ,年龄 (41± 17)a。C组用进口药惠尔血 ,男性 49例 ,女性 31例次 ,年龄 (41± 17)a。剂量均为 15 0～ 30 0 μg ,4次 /d ,10～ 14d为一个疗程。结果赛强、格拉诺赛特与惠尔血的总有效率分别为 97.0 % .98.5 % ,98.5 %。中性粒细胞恢复正常所需要的时间分别为 (7.2± 3)d、(7± 3)d及 (7± 3)d ,感染发热的发生率 (T >38℃ ) ,三组分别为19 %、18%及 18% ,三组差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :赛强 ,格拉诺赛特与惠尔血均能缩短化疗后的骨髓抑制期 ,促进中性粒细胞的恢复 ,减少严重感染的发生率 ,三者的疗效 ,安全性基本相似。但国产赛强价格低 ,更适合我国国情 ,从减轻病人的经济负担及为发展我国医药事业考虑 ,建议使用国产赛强。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the therapeutic effect of three recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG CSF) of saiqiang, granuocos and huer blood on neutropenia after solid tumor chemotherapy. Methods: The patients with leukopenia after solid tumor chemotherapy were treated with rhG CSF. The patients in group A were treated with strong domestic drug race, with 47 males and 33 females (41 ± 17 years). B group with imported drugs Granolante, 48 males and 32 females, age (41 ± 17) a. In Group C, there were 49 male and 31 female patients aged 41 ± 17 years. Dose of 15 0 ~ 30 0 μg, 4 times / d, 10 ~ 14d for a course of treatment. The results of race strong, Granus Dorset and Whirlpool total effective rates were 97.0% .98.5%, 98.5%. Neutrophils returned to normal time required for (7.2 ± 3) d, (7 ± 3) d and (7 ± 3) d, the incidence of fever (T> 38 ℃), the three groups were 19 %, 18% and 18% respectively. There was no significant difference among the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Saiqiang, Granuosite and Hull blood can shorten the period of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy, promote the recovery of neutrophils and reduce the incidence of serious infections. The efficacy and safety of the three are similar. However, domestic race strong lower prices, more suitable for China’s national conditions, from reducing the patient’s financial burden and to consider the development of China’s pharmaceutical industry, it is recommended to use domestic race strong.
