本文使用父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对烟台市四所大学的200名学生进行调查,对父母养育方式与大学生的焦虑水平进行描述统计量、相关分析和回归分析、结果显示:①被试的焦虑水平总体在43.16±9.105,与全国普通成人的焦虑水平(33.80±5.90)相比有显著性差异(P<0.01);②父亲、母亲的情感温暖和理解关心与学生焦虑有显著相关(|R|>0.181即P<0.01),母亲过度干涉、母亲拒绝否认、父亲拒绝否认与学生的焦虑也有相关(|R|>0.138即P<0.05);③父母亲文化、工作与学生的焦虑水平无相关(|R|<0.138即P>0.05),从而得出结论:父母亲的情感温暖与理解关心能帮助学生降低焦虑,而母亲过度干涉、母亲拒绝否认、父亲拒绝否认将很容易导致学生焦虑。
