小学阶段是一个人发展语言的黄金时期,而农村孩子由于受社会环境和家庭教育的影响,他们大都见识少、胆小害羞、不善言辞,因此,培养学生的口头表达能力,让每个孩子说书面语言,敢于发表自己的观念是我们每个教师刻不容缓的任务。针对农村孩子的特性,在教学中我从以下几个方面入手:一、主动亲近孩子,让孩子有勇气说农村孩子由于生活环境和语言环境受到局限,加上他们大都是留守孩子,甚至有的还是单亲家庭,因此大都胆小、害羞,缺乏当众大胆、清楚表达的习惯,因此就更需要
