运用个人球形职业兴趣量表简版中国版(PGI-SC)对中国20个主要职业领域的2026名被试进行问卷测评,基于测评数据验证PGI-SC的实证效度,以及研究职业兴趣与职业承诺之间的关系。实证分析结果表明,PGI-SC的内容效度、结构效度和效标效度良好;不同职业领域的被试在各个职业兴趣类型上均有显著差异(p<0.05,p<0.01);职业承诺度高分组与低分组在不同职业兴趣类型上的得分均有显著差异(p<0.05,p<0.01)。也就是说不同职业领域的职业兴趣类型不同,10个职业兴趣类型和10个职业胜任力得分的代码组合能够区分不同职业领域。
