[目的 ]了解军校护理专业不同层次学生的心理健康状况。 [方法 ]用症状自评量表 (SCL -90 )对 469名某军医大学护理专业各层次学生进行测试。 [结果 ]护理大专生SCL -90均分高于护理本科生和护理专升本学生 ;护理本科生除恐怖因子外 ,其余各因子得分均低于军校大学生常模 ,且人际敏感等 5项因子得分存在统计学意义 ;护理专升本学生各因子得分均低于军校大学生常模 ,且强迫、人际敏感等 7项因子得分显著低于该常模 ;护理大专生除强迫、恐怖因子外 ,其余SCL -90各因子得分均低于军校大学生常模 ,且躯体化、敌意、妄想因子得分显著低于该常模。 [结论 ]对军校不同层次护理学生的心理健康教育应有的放矢地开展。
[Objective] To understand the mental health status of students in different levels of military nursing specialty. [Methods] A total of 469 students from nursing major of a military medical university were tested with SCL-90. [Results] The average score of SCL-90 in nursing college students was higher than that of nursing undergraduates and nursing students. The score of other factors except nursing school students was lower than that of military college students, and interpersonal sensitivity scores of five factors existed Statistical analysis showed that the score of each factor in nursing undergraduates was lower than that of military undergraduates, and scores of 7 factors such as compulsion and interpersonal sensitivity were significantly lower than those of norm. In nursing students, except for coercion and terrorist factors, Factor scores were lower than the norm in cadets, and somatization, hostility, delusional factor scores were significantly lower than the norm. [Conclusion] The mental health education of nursing students at different levels of military academies should be properly targeted.
