近年放疗併用化疗治疗尤汶氏肉瘤,生存率显著提高,然局部高放射量,常引致严重併发症,造成肢体功能丧失,终身残疾。作者对下肢尤文氏肉瘤局部放射及系统化疗后,随访2年以上仍生存之22例的下肢功能情况,进行了评价。所用疗法为,全骨五周内照射5,000拉得C 少数病例辅加照射1000±拉得),NSD 为1525～1572 ret。
In recent years, radiotherapy and chemotherapy have been used to treat ouvenous sarcoma. The survival rate has increased significantly. However, local high radiation doses often cause serious complications, resulting in loss of physical function and permanent disability. After the authors performed radiotherapy and systemic chemotherapy on the Ewing’s sarcoma of the lower extremities, the functional status of the lower extremities of 22 patients who were still surviving for more than 2 years were evaluated. The treatment used was that a total of 5,000 rads of CB was irradiated within 5 weeks of the whole bone and 1000 rad was applied to the whole bone, and the NSD was 1525 to 1572 ret.
