随着中国加入WTO以及经济全球化的加剧,企业之间的竞争将日趋激烈。越来越多的企业意识到,员工的素质是企业实现战略目标的关键因素,企业只有加强员工的培训,加强知识更新才能跟上新技术的发展,只有通过培训员工整体水平才能不断提高。本文针对知识经济的背景,简单介绍了传统的企业员工培训工作的方法,着重介绍了创新的员工培训方法.通过二者比较,总结出有益于培训工作的创新方法。
With China’s accession to the WTO and the intensification of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises will become increasingly fierce. More and more enterprises realize that the quality of their employees is the key factor for the enterprises to achieve their strategic goals. Only by strengthening employee training and strengthening knowledge updating can enterprises keep up with the development of new technologies. Only by training staff can the overall level be continuously improved. Based on the background of knowledge-based economy, this paper briefly introduces the traditional methods of employee training and emphatically introduces the innovative methods of employee training, and compares the two to make a summary of the innovative methods that are beneficial to training.
