目的 设计一种改良梭形切口 ,用于切除颌面部皮肤良性肿瘤。方法 经尸体实验、计算 ,证实此改良切口具有多方面优点后 ,用于切除 2 4例颌面部皮肤良性肿瘤。结果 按肿瘤半径为 0 .5cm、1.0cm、1.5cm计算 ,改良梭形切口节省切除皮肤面积分别为 17.2 2 %、15 .42 %、16 .98% ;缝合切口时无张力 (或张力小 ) ,切口对合线平整 ,隐于皱纹线中 ,无“猫耳”。经 1~ 7a随访 ,切口瘢痕愈合良好。结论 此改良切口优于传统梭形切口 ,可推广应用于切除颌面部皮肤良性肿瘤。
Objective To design a modified fusiform incision for excising maxillofacial skin benign tumors. Methods After the cadaver experiment and calculation confirmed that this modified incision had many advantages, it was used to excise 24 cases of maxillofacial benign tumors. Results According to the tumor radius of 0.5cm, 1.0cm and 1.5cm, the modified fusiform incision could save 17.22%, 15.42% and 16.98% of the excised skin area, respectively. No tension (or small tension) , Incision on the line formation, hidden in the wrinkle line, no “cat ears.” After 1 ~ 7a follow-up, incision healed well. Conclusion This modified incision is superior to the traditional fusiform incision and can be widely used in excising maxillofacial skin benign tumors.
