To establish a three-dimensional culture system of mesangial cells, which can simulate the growth of mesangial cells in the glomerular mesangial area and confirmed in three-dimensional culture system. Glomerular mesangial cells in 24, 48 and 72h proliferation than traditional adherent culture was significantly slower.
