目的从啤酒酵母粉中分离鉴定食虫狭螨,并对其形态进行观察。方法从啤酒料发酵后的渣粕中采集某啤酒厂酵母粉,分离其中的螨类并制作标本,然后对分离的螨类进行螨种鉴定,并于镜下观察其形态特征。结果从啤酒酵母粉中分离的螨类经鉴定为食虫狭螨雌螨。在光学显微镜下,该螨躯体窄长,呈长椭圆形,颚体宽大,表皮无色,有光泽;顶外毛、胛内毛、肩内毛、前侧毛和背毛均缺如,躯体背面刚毛相对较长,各足粗壮。结论啤酒酵母粉中有食虫狭螨孳生,应妥善保存,以免被该螨污染。 OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify T. tabaci from beer yeast powder and observe its morphology. Methods A brewery yeast powder was collected from the residue of fermented beer. The mites were separated and made into specimens. Then the mites were identified and the morphological characteristics were observed under microscope. Results The mites isolated from the brewer’s yeast powder were identified as female mites. Under the light microscope, the mite body is long and narrow, oval-shaped, the jaw body is large, the skin is colorless and shiny, and the top outer hair, the inner hair, the shoulder hair, The bristles on the back are relatively long, each foot stout. Conclusion There is insecticide larvae in beer yeast powder breeding, should be properly preserved so as not to be contaminated by the mite.
