为明确电力消费与CO2排放之间的潜在关系,利用分解分析的理论,运用固定基年的AdaptiveW e igh-ting D ivisia Index方法以发电、工业、交通运输业、民用和服务业、其他行业五种行业分类为基础,对1990~2005年间中国CO2排放强度进行了分解分析研究,并将其分解成分行业的电力消费结构效应因素和CO2排放强度效应因素。分析结果表明,15年间中国总的单位用电量CO2排放强度有了大幅的降低,降低比率达43.21%。两影响因素中用电结构效应对总排放强度的降低起到抑制的作用,而分行业单位用电量排放强度效应则推动了总排放强度的下降,其中又以工业、发电业的影响最为突出。

The effect of electricity consumption structure on the two influencing factors can restrain the decrease of total emission intensity, while the emission intensity effect of electricity consumption per sub-sector promotes the decrease of total emission intensity, of which the influence of industry and power generation industry is the most prominent .
