本文在通过对传统的三酸(HCl+HNO_3+H_2SO_4)或两酸(HF+HNO_3)混合酸溶液及近年来开始采用的“碱煮+酸洗”等酸洗白化工艺的劳动条件、质量设备、操作等方面的综合考虑分析后,采用正交试验方法,经过试验室研究和生产性试验,表明应用“HCl+HNO_3”的两酸混合液对1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢进行酸洗白化,具有质量好、速度快、工序省、操作简便等优点,并且可以收到酸洗和白化同槽一次成功的效果。
