探讨了药用甘薯西蒙一号退化机理及对策和栽培措施,结果表明:危害药用甘薯西蒙一号的病毒以甘薯的状斑驳病毒(SPMSV)和甘薯隐潜病毒(SPLV)为主,为混合浸染方式。这是其种性退化的主要原因。另外,种性退化也和栽培条件密切相关。为此,利用组织培养培育了部分无毒健苗,试验结果表明:药用甘薯西蒙一号脱毒后,叶绿素含量增加了16.50%,净光合强度提高了56.52%,经济产量系数提高了364.70%。很大程度上恢复了原来的优良种性,使其从病毒病造成的种性退化减产状态中解脱出来,和未脱毒的相比较,无毒健苗栽后,成活返青快,封垅较早,生长势旺盛,发根结薯提早4~5d,有利于光合产物向薯块的运输,产量增加了2.271倍。并提出一套相应的增产栽培措施。
