采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等分析手段研究了调质热处理工艺参数对9Ni钢组织和低温韧性的影响。结果表明,淬火温度及回火温度对低温韧性有显著的影响.随着淬火温度的升高,9Ni钢低温冲击韧性降低。随着回火温度的升高,回转奥氏体分布变得较为均匀、弥散,但其数量及低温韧性不是呈单调地增加,在一定温度下出现峰值。
The effects of quenching and tempering heat treatment parameters on microstructure and low temperature toughness of 9Ni steel were studied by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that quenching temperature and tempering temperature have a significant impact on low temperature toughness.With the increase of quenching temperature, 9Ni steel low temperature impact toughness decreased. With the increase of tempering temperature, the distribution of austenite becomes more uniform and disperse, but its quantity and low temperature toughness do not increase monotonically, but peak at a certain temperature.
