中国农业大学食品学院的一项有关豆类食品的调查表明,在家吃饭,特别是在家做饭的人,吃到的豆类和豆制品都比较多,而不常在家吃饭的人消费豆类食品的频次显著较低。实际上,蔬菜、粗粮、薯类、豆类的消费都有类似的规律,也就是说,在家吃饭频率越高,饮食方式越传统,吃到这些健康食品的机会就越大。另外,面对当下各类食品安全事件,在外就餐经常让人纠结不安。从地沟油到添加剂,从厨房卫生不达标到使用过期食物……无奈的现状是否让你有了回家做饭和吃饭的冲动呢?
