卡特D8R型推土机工作效率高、易操作,维修方便,可适应多种复杂工况。但是经长期使用后,会出现行走液压系统温度过高故障。现结合该系统工作原理,介绍温度过高故障诊断方法。工作原理(1)行走液压系统工作原理该型推土机行走液压系统由三联泵、变速控制阀、优先阀、制动阀、油液冷却器、变矩器、变矩器出口溢流阀、过滤器等组成,如图1所示。发动机带动三联泵工作,压力油在变速控制阀及其他阀件控制下,驱动推土机在不同挡位行走。
