输油气管道站场内地下管网结构密集且通常情况下有大量的裸金属接地网,尤其是针对已建站场,施加阴极保护容易产生密集区屏蔽现象。站场阴极保护电流消耗一般较大,且为消除屏蔽多采用近阳极,使得站场区域阴极保护对站外干线阴极保护系统产生干扰。本文根据输油站场施工建设实例,分析输油气站场区域阴极保护的屏蔽和干扰问题,并探讨上述问题的解决方法。
Underground pipelines in oil and gas pipelines depot are densely packed and usually have a large number of bare metal grounding grids, especially for the already-built depot, and the cathodic protection is easily applied to shield the dense area. Cathode protection current consumption is generally larger station, and in order to eliminate the shield to use more near the anode, making the station area cathodic protection on the trunk line cathodic protection system interference. According to the construction example of the oil delivery station yard, this paper analyzes the shielding and interference problems of cathode protection in the oil and gas station area and discusses the solutions to the above problems.
