本文以海南省高层次创新创业人才引进现状为研究对象,深入分析人才引进存在的“弱企业化”、创新创业环境滞后、事业平台缺乏竞争力等问题,在借鉴中西部省市人才引进经验的基础上,提出突出企业的引才地位,优化创新创业环境,夯实事业平台以及构建“引、用、育、聚”四大机制等建议。
