针对大型直线振动筛的传统设计与计算方法,提出了基于三维建模软件Pro/E和有限元仿真分析软件ANSYS Workbench联合应用于大型直线振动筛的设计思路。通过三维软件强大的建模功能,能够形成虚拟样机,模型与有限元计算软件无缝链接,并进行有限元分析,对直线筛有限元模型可以进行静力学和动力学分析,并对分析结果进行后处理,从而确定设计是否需要更改。可供多种机械产品的设计工作中推广应用。
