离体平滑肌实验在教学和科研中都常常使用,本文介绍一种自制测定浴槽的简易方法。材料注射器(20～40ml)针管,内径为4mm和1mm的聚乙烯管,8~#霉铁丝。方法以注射器针管作为测定浴槽,接头插入4mm口径的聚乙烯管内用丝线扎紧,经此排泄槽内液体,其开关用弹簧夹控制。将8~#铁丝弯成L型,择一端做成挂钩以固定平滑肌标本,另一端固定于支架上。1mm口径的聚乙烯管与铁丝并列套入4mm的聚乙烯管,使1mm口径的聚乙烯管一端位于挂钩下,另一端通过9~4针头与氧气管相连,以供给槽内氧
In vitro smooth muscle experiments are often used in teaching and research, this article describes a simple method of self-made bath. Material syringe (20 ~ 40ml) Needle, polyethylene pipe with inner diameter of 4mm and 1mm, 8 ~ # mold iron wire. Methods The syringe needle was used as the measuring bath. The connector was inserted into a 4 mm diameter polyethylene pipe and tightened with a wire. After this, the liquid in the tank was drained and the switch was controlled by a spring clip.
