经济的发展带动了我国企业的发展,但是社会的不断变化不仅给企业带来了发展的机遇,也使许多企业退出了历史的舞台,在该情况下如何提升企业的市场综合竞争力,让企业更好的发展便成为迫切需要解决的问题。以当前企业人力资源管理统计运用工作开展的情况为基础,阐述企业人力资源统计工作存在的意义,最终提出科学化的人力资源管理统计运用方式。
The development of economy has brought about the development of our country’s enterprises. However, the ever-changing society has not only brought opportunities for development for enterprises, but also exited many enterprises from the stage of history.
