甘肃省会宁县位于陇东中部,总土地面积6 439km2,耕地面积15.2万hm2,年降雨量340 mm,蒸发量1 800 m m,是全省典型的干旱地区。近年来,随着干旱少雨和风沙天气加剧,传统种植方式致使耕层逐年变浅,土壤裸露及水分流失严重,农业生产环境不断恶化。推进全覆膜1膜3年种植机械化技术,可解决农田干旱、土壤水分严重蒸发等问题,实现保墒增温、就地入渗和雨水富集效果,对促进粮食增产、农民增收具有重要意义。
