本文介绍了铁电材料的I-V特性及测量原理、测试系统的组成,并给出了测试软件的流程图。用该测试系统对PZT10铁电陶瓷进行I-V特性测试,测量结果与有关报道相符合。本文设计的系统软件不仅可以对所测的铁电样品进行参数计算、修改和保存数据,而且可以对铁电样品的漏电导和线性感应电容进行补偿,从而获得接近本征特性的I-V曲线。利用该测试系统,可以更加方便地对不同的铁电材料进行研究。
This article describes the I-V characteristics of ferroelectric materials and measurement principle, the composition of the test system, and gives the flow chart of the test software. I-V characteristics of PZT10 ferroelectric ceramics were tested by this test system. The measured results are in accordance with the related reports. The system software designed in this paper can not only calculate the parameters of the ferroelectric samples under test, modify and save the data, but also compensate the leakage conductance and the linear induction capacitance of the ferroelectric samples to obtain the I-V curve close to the intrinsic characteristic. Using this test system, it is easier to investigate different ferroelectric materials.
