The Indian Railways is fully planned for traffic volume, traffic speed, line capacity, old line alteration and rolling stock in the 1980s with the overall goal of achieving the maximum throughput with the least amount of money. This work is carried out by “Research, Design and Standards Organization” (hereinafter referred to as research organizations). An important proposal put forward by the scientific research organizations in the planning is to start the direct operation of bulk cargoes on 14 major wide-track lines. The existing railway network of Indian Railways is 50,301 km in length with a wide range of gauge tracks, of which about 30,000 km are wide gauge tracks with a gauge of 1,676 mm. The electrification line has 4,397 kilometers, the internal combustion traction head
