牙体龋坏或前牙外伤折断所致的严重缺损在临床较为常见,牙体修复比较困难,充填后容易脱落。恢复残根、残冠的正常形态,增强修复体的固位力和抗力是治疗关键。80年代初国际已开始应用根管螺纹钉修复牙体缺损。我科自1995年～1996年使用根管螺纹钉配合银汞水门汀,光固化复合树脂修复牙体大面积缺损,取得明显疗效,现总结如下。 资料与方法 1.一般资料 (1)病例选择:1995年～1996年门诊病人共48例,患牙50颗。其中前牙30颗,前

In the early 1980s, root canal threading has been used to repair dental defects.
