静力和疲劳性能是衡量飞机结构典型件的重要指标。针对先进航空结构设计方案的要求,本文设计了铆接和焊接两种工艺情况下飞机结构典型件的静力和疲劳试验。通过比较试验结果,说明焊接件的静力和疲劳性能不低于铆接件。本文的试验结果可以为其他复杂航空结构的铆接和焊接工艺的选取提供依据。
Static and fatigue properties are important indicators of the typical aircraft structure. In order to meet the requirements of advanced aeronautical structure design, this paper designs the static and fatigue tests of typical aircraft structural parts under both riveting and welding conditions. By comparing the test results, indicating that the static and fatigue properties of welded parts not less than the riveted pieces. The test results in this paper can provide the basis for the riveting and welding process of other complex aeronautical structures.
