干部人事档案是干部个人身份、学历、主要经历、主要社会关系、政治面貌、思想品德、业务能力、职务职称、工作实绩、奖励处分等方面情况的真实记录。《干部档案工作条例》中指出,“干部档案是干部思想品德、业务能力和工作情况的反映,是历史地、全面地考察了解和正确选拔使用干部的一个重要依据。”由此可见,作为干部个人信息储存库的人事档案,是组织人事部门选人用人的重要基础。而当前社会,窃取个人信息、贩卖牟利的现象屡见不鲜,在干部人事档案的日常
Cadre and personnel files are personal records of cadres, personal qualifications, education, major experiences, major social relations, political outlook, ideological and moral qualities, professional skills, job titles, performance records and bonus points. According to the Regulations on the Work of Cadres Files, “cadre files are a reflection of ideological and moral qualities, operational capabilities and work conditions of cadres and an important basis for historically and comprehensively examining and understanding and correctly selecting and using cadres.” Thus, Personnel files, which are cadres’ personal information repositories, are important foundations for selecting and employing people in the personnel department. In the current society, the phenomenon of stealing personal information and selling for profit is not uncommon. In the daily routine of personnel files of cadres,
