针对我国大型装备制造业企业风险管理存在的薄弱环节,从沈冶机械风险管理的实践案例进行了详细研究和分析。首先介绍了企业实施风险管理的背景及企业具体情况;其次从风险信息收集、风险评估、制定风险策略及预防措施等方面总结了沈冶机械基于PDCA模式与风险管理融合的实践做法;最后总结了风险管控取得的效果及下一步改进建议,为其他大型装备制造企业风险管控体系建设提供参考。
In view of the weak links in the enterprise risk management of large equipment manufacturing industry in our country, a detailed study and analysis are made from the practical cases of Shenyang Machine Tool’s risk management. Firstly, the background of enterprise implementation of risk management and the specific situation of the enterprise are introduced. Secondly, the practice of Shenyang Metallurgical Machinery based on PDCA model and risk management is summarized from the aspects of risk information collection, risk assessment, risk management strategy and preventive measures. Finally, The effectiveness of risk management and the suggestions for improvement in the next step provide reference for the construction of other large equipment manufacturing enterprises’ risk management and control systems.
