目的:研究薏苡仁多糖不同组分对脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型免疫功能的影响。方法:采用高脂低蛋白加力竭游泳法复制脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型,检测模型大鼠体质量、血清蛋白、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、血清IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IgG、IgA、C3水平。结果:给药干预后,与模型对照组比较,粗多糖组和多糖组分Ⅰ组大鼠体质量,血清蛋白,胸腺指数,脾脏指数,血清IFN-γ、IL-2、IgG、IgA、C3含量显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),IL-4含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:薏苡仁多糖不同组分能改善脾虚水湿不化大鼠免疫功能,其中多糖组分Ⅰ作用显著。其机制可能与恢复Th1/Th2平衡,提高免疫球蛋白等的水平有关。
Objective: To study the effects of different components of Coixan on immune function in rats with spleen-asthenia-dampness syndrome. Methods: The body weight, serum protein, thymus index, spleen index, serum IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-4 , IgG, IgA, C3 levels. Results: Compared with the model control group, the body weight, serum protein, thymus index, spleen index, serum IFN-γ, IL-2, IgG, IgA, C3 (P <0.05, P <0.01), while the content of IL-4 decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Different components of Coixan improve the immune function of rats with dampness syndrome of spleen deficiency syndrome, and the role of polysaccharide component I is significant. The mechanism may be related to the restoration of Th1 / Th2 balance and the improvement of immunoglobulin levels.
