采用三维弹性接触有限元法对万能钢梁轧机立轧辊轴与轴承座之间的接触应力进行了分析,得出了接触应力的三维分布、最大值以及接触应力随轴承座孔承载厚度变化的规律,并找到了确定轴承座孔最小可行承载厚度的方法。
The contact stress between vertical roll axis and bearing seat of universal steel beam mill was analyzed by three-dimensional elastic contact finite element method. The three-dimensional distribution of contact stress, the maximum value and the rule of the change of contact stress with the bearing seat hole thickness were obtained , And found a way to determine the minimum possible bearing thickness bearing hole.
