我厂1988年初试制成功的2520 kVA同步牵引发电机用作铁道部ND_4内燃机车的主发电机,电机调速范围广,结构紧凑,性能与法国进口的AT-731A同步牵引主发电机2470kVA12极350V相当,安装尺寸相同,可以替换损坏的法国机组。“2520”同步牵引发电机的结构形式为卧式。单只端盖式的滚动轴承。轴向通风,冷却空气从滑环端的端盖进入,由柴油机端的后倾离心式风扇排出。机座一端与柴油机的导风圈连接,机座具有两只支承座。转子的滑环端为圓锥式小轴伸,可以传递励磁机及空气压缩机,另一端藉弹性连接盘直接连在柴油机轴上。“2520”产品性能具有一定的先进性:它的高、低电压之比(630V/350V)及高低电流之比(4150A/2306A)均为1.8倍;调速范围广,在16~100
