文化产业经营管理人才的素质要求与文化产业其他人才相比既有共性,又有特殊性;与其他产业经营管理人才,同样既有共性,也有特殊性。这种属性决定文化产业经营管理人才培养模式必须有自己的特点,才能达成培养目标。经过几年艰苦探索,我校初步探索出一个以教师为主导,以学生为主体,以培养学生文化经营与管理能力为核心,课堂教学、第二课堂、社会实践相互贯通,产学研一体的人才培养模式。
