多分辨率分析和细分小波(Subdivision wavelets)是近年来三维网格图形处理的新方法.该文实现了三维网格图形的网格细分连续重组和多分辨率分析算法,研究了基于细分小波系数选择的三维网格图形压缩.研究结果表明,对具有丰富冗余细节的三维网格图形,细分小波算法可以取得较好的压缩效果.该文还改进了Eck 等提出的网格重组分区算法,使之更适用于一般的三维网格图形.
Multi-resolution analysis and subdivision wavelets (Subdivision wavelets) in recent years, a new method of three-dimensional grid graphics. In this paper, the mesh subdivision continuous reorganization and multi-resolution analysis algorithm of 3D mesh graphics is realized, and the 3D mesh graphics compression based on subdivision wavelet coefficients selection is studied. The results show that the subdivision wavelet algorithm can achieve better compression effect on 3D mesh graphics with rich and redundant details. The paper also improves the mesh recombination partitioning algorithm proposed by Eck et al., Making it more suitable for general 3D mesh graphics.
