目的:研究家具企业混苯作业工人外周血DNA损伤。方法:应用流式细胞术对32名混苯接触组和30名餐饮业对照组人员外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤进行检测。结果:混苯接触组工人外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤率和几何平均荧光强度均高于对照组(P<0.01),而不同工龄组工人DNA损伤率和几何平均荧光强度差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:职业性混苯接触可引起人外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤,流式细胞术γH2AX分析法是一种有应用前景的检测外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study DNA damage in peripheral blood of workers exposed to benzene in furniture industry. Methods: DNA damage of peripheral blood lymphocytes was detected by flow cytometry in 32 mixed benzene exposure groups and 30 catering industry control groups. Results: DNA damage rate and geometric mean fluorescence intensity of peripheral blood lymphocytes in workers exposed to benzene mixed were higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), and there was no significant difference in DNA damage rate and geometric mean fluorescence intensity between workers of different working age groups (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: Occupational mixed benzene exposure can cause DNA damage in human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Flow cytometry γH2AX assay is a promising method to detect DNA damage in peripheral blood lymphocytes.
