随着焊接结构的大型化和复杂化,越来越多的焊接结构焊后需要进行焊后热处理。常用的低温退火(去应力退火)和高温回火这两种不同的焊后热处理方式,人们常常不注意它们之间的区别而混淆不清。为何会产生这种情况?其根本原因是这两种焊后热处理方式,在加热温度、保温时间、冷却速度看起来大致相同,操作工艺也没有什么要求,人们也就不太认真去讨论它们的区别。有时也会因为概念模糊,带来技术上的错误和经济上的损失。
As the welding structure becomes larger and more complicated, more and more welding structures require post-weld heat treatment after welding. Commonly used low-temperature annealing (stress relief annealing) and high-temperature tempering of these two different post-weld heat treatment, people often do not pay attention to the distinction between them and confused. Why does this happen? The fundamental reason is that these two kinds of post-weld heat treatment methods, heating temperature, holding time, cooling rate seems roughly the same, there is no operating process requirements, people are not too serious to discuss their the difference. Sometimes because of the concept of ambiguity, bringing technical errors and economic losses.
